Home Prices across the Orlando Housing Market are 27% overvalued compared to their long-term norms.
That means there's huge downside for the local housing market if the economic downturn continues. The unemployment rate in Orlando is now 2.6%, near the lowest level of all-time.
But historically in recessions, it spikes to anywhere from 8-10% due to its heavy reliance on tourism in the local economy. Especially now that Disney Theme Parks are empty this summer.
