Walking tour of Rome Italy - Today is our last day in Rome Italy. We will start our walking tour from the mouth of truth. The legend says that if you are a lair and you put your hand in the Mouth of Truth the mouth will bite your hand. Unfortunately due to Covid the Church was closed so we could only see the Mouth of Truth from the gate. After this our walking tour of Rome Italy takes us to the Campidoglio with a little stop in between to look at the little temples in front of the Mouth of Truth.
Here's some top things to do in Rome:

The piazza del Campidoglio is an incredible Piazza designed by Michelangelo, in the center you can admire the statue of Marco Aurelio and in the back Rome City Hall. From the Campidoglio we start walking to the Forum. One of the best view of the Forum is right behind City Hall, this place is particularly good for photos especially at night.
At 11:30 we have our tour of the Colosseum booked but first we stop in front of the Arch of Constantine.
Our walking tour of the Colosseum is a special one (it is called Full Experience and it costs €22.00) with this tour it is possible to walk in the actual arena and see the same view that gladiators used to have.
After lunch and a little siesta we begin out walking tour of Rome Italy, by walking to Campo dei Fiori and Palazzo Farnese. This is a great area for a quick drink before dinner (Aperitivo in italian).
For dinner we go back to one of our favorite area Trastevere and we made a reservation to one of the best trattoria in Rome, Zi Umberto. We have been here before several times and we love the food, the atmosphere and the very friendly service. At Zi Umberto we must have carbonara, that is one of the main dish in Roman cosine.
After dinner we make our way back to our hotel for our final night before our train to Naples in the morning.

About us:
In March 2017, Rick and Andrea (confessed Travel Addicts) started a Facebook Group called Travel Addicts as a way to share their travel photos and videos not just with their own respective friend's lists – but with the world. Part of the reason was for bragging rights (I mean, that’s kind of the point of sharing photos, right?), but also to help answer questions to others about the destinations they have visited.
After inviting some of our friends and family, it grew and grew – and as of June 2019, the group has grown to over 200,000 members! One reason for our success, we believe, is that we have done our best to ensure only high-quality photos and videos get shared, all while limiting the use of commercial content.
