Chocolate and cherries go great together in ice cream, maybe even more so in fudge.

INGREDIENTS
3 cups (540g) of white chocolate chips
14 oz (397g) of sweetened condensed milk
4 Tbsp (58g) of butter
2.5 cups (485g) of maraschino cherries
2.5 cups (457g) of mini chocolate chips
2 Tbsp of cherry Jell-o
SUPPLIES
A large saucepan
A couple of spatulas
A lined 13x9 baking pan
And a cutting board
DIRECTIONS
Chop the maraschino cherries, then blot them with some paper towels, to remove as much moisture as you can. Take your time with this and use as many paper towels as you need.
Add the white chocolate chips, sweetened condensed milk, Jell-o, and butter to a medium saucepan over medium low heat.
Stir until it’s melted and smooth.
Add 2 cups of chopped cherries and fold until they’re well-combined.
Fold in 2 cups of mini chocolate chips. Fold until they’re well-distributed, but stop before the fudge takes on a uniform color. The marbled look adds a nice touch, I think.
Pour the fudge into the lined pan and sprinkle the remaining cherry pieces and chocolate chips on top. Press them into the fudge so they don't fall off.
Refrigerate for a couple of hours, or until the fudge has fully set.
Cut the fudge into whatever size pieces you'd like.
