SIZZLING SWEET N SOUR CHICKEN

Ingredients for chicken marination :

Boneless chicken (cut into 1 inch pieces ) ½ kg
Corn flour 2 tbsp
Vinegar 1 tbsp
Chicken powder ½ tsp
Beaten egg ½
Oil for deep frying
Ingredients for Sauce
Sugar 4 tbsp
Vinegar 3 tbsp
Soya sauce 2 tbsp
Ketchup 3 tbsp
Corn flour 1 tbsp
Salt ½ tsp
Black pepper ½ tsp
Pineapple juice 1 cup
Chicken stock 1 cup
Ingredients to Stir Fry Chicken
Oil ¼ cup
Chopped garlic 2 tbsp
Green chilies 3 julienne
Chopped ginger 1 tbsp
Onions 2 cut into big cubes
Capsicum 1 large cut into large cubes

METHOD
Marinate chicken and deep fry, stir together ingredients for the sauce and mix well, keep aside. Heat oil in a wok, fry garlic for a min, then add green chilies with chopped ginger, add in cubes of ginger and capsicum, add the fried chicken and sauce, cook till one boil comes and sauce becomes to thicken, this is served in a sizzler, serve with fried rice.

Southern fried chicken burger

Ingredients for sauce
Mayonnaise ½ cup
Mustard paste 2 tbsp
Honey 1 tbsp
Hot sauce 3 tbsp
Salt n pepper ½ tsp each
Onion powder 1 tsp
Garlic powder 1 tsp
Milk as required
Ingredients for chicken fillet:
Chicken breasts 2 cut in halves to make 4
Eggs 2
Butter 2 ounce melted
Butter milk ¾ cup
Hot sauce 2 tbsp
Salt & pepper 1 pinch
Ingredients for coating
Flour 1 cup heaped
Corn flour ½ cup
Crushed corn flakes ½ cup
Chili powder 1 tsp
Paprika 1 tsp
Black pepper 1 tsp
Onion powder 1 tsp
Garlic powder 1 tsp
Chicken powder 1 tsp
Salt 1 tsp
Ingredients for assemble:
Burger buns 4
Prepared sauce as required
Lettuce as required
Fried chicken fillet as required
Cheese slices as required
Tomato slices as required
Ketchup as required
Mayonnaise as required
Pickled cucumber as required
Jalapeno as required


Method for chicken fillet
Mix all these together and soak chicken pieces in it, now mix all dry ingredients for coating in one bowl.
Method for coating:
Mix all, coat chicken fillet in this and deep fry.
Method for sauce:

Blend together ingredients for sauce, dip chicken fillet in milk, butter and keep aside for few hours. Mix together ingredients for coating, take each fillet from marination, coat in well in the dry mixture, shallow fry till crisp and golden, now assemble the burger in the order mentioned above, serve with fries.
