THERE ARE A LOT OF FILIPINOS IN JAPAN, AND THEY ARE COMING TOGETHER IN TOKYO FOR A PHILIPPINE FESTIVAL!
Therine's social enterprise Likhang Maragondon was invited to Tokyo by the DTI and Philippine Embassy Japan to setup a booth for the Philippine Festival Tokyo. We flew from Manila and were picked up by our awesome friends from Tagum... who took us out for lunch and helped us setup at Yoyogi Park. Then, after a little ramen night adventure in Shibuya, we woke up and had a wonderful first day experience at the Festival. Tokyo is really a cool place... and it was freaking amazing meeting so many Filipinos at a local festival here in Japan!
