Friendly questions to Department of Tourism Secretary Frasco on the Budget of Tourism for Mindanao. She said she wanted to expand tourism in Mindanao. I thought that meant more focus and budget, but unfortunately it’s just the same amount. At least I was able to invite her to Region X when we craft the 2024 budget starting this coming March.
