Ingredients
Pressure Cook
- Toor Dal - 1/2cup (125grams)
- Moong Dal - 1/4cup (60grams)
- Garlic Pods - 3
- Turmeric Powder - 1/4tsp
- Jeera/Cumin Seeds - 1tsp
- Oil - 1tsp
- Water - 2.5 to 3Cups (approx 1.5litre)
For Spinach Dal
- Any Spinach - 1/4bunch ( I used Palak in this Video)
- Shallots - 30 to 40nos
- Garlic Pods - 5-6
- Sambar Powder - 1tsp [ Ссылка ]
- Fennel Seeds - 1/2tsp
- Salt to Taste
- Green Chilli - 3nos
- Hing/Asafoetida a Pinch
- Oil - 2-3tbsp
- Water - 1cup
For Tempering
- Oil/Ghee - 1tbsp
- Mustard Seeds - 1/2tsp
- Dried Red Chilli - 3nos
Method
Serve with hot rice or ragi ball.
