Azad visa means a visa to be purchased from a company not to work in that company but to work independently.
If you purchase azad (independent) visa you may get a job and start working and anytime you can leave or resign from your job entirely on your own will

However, please note that if the company where you are working does not pay you your salary or salaries then legally you have no right to approach the concerned authority the ministry of labour because you are an illegal employee.

And if caught working in a company by an inspector from the ministry with a azad visa then you must pay a fine of AED 50000 and the company which employed you, have to pay also have to pay AED 50000 and you will be deported not to enter the UAE again.
