Ingredients:
- Paneer
- Salt
- Coriander Powder
- Chaat Masala
- Kitchen King Masala
- Chicken Masala
- Meat Masala
- Mirchi Powder
- Jeera Powder
- Isabgol
- Coriander Leaves
- Onion
- Red Capsicum
- Green Capsicum
- Desi Ghee
Instructions:
Mixing:
1. Mash the paneer well and add salt, coriander powder, chaat masala, kitchen king masala, chicken masala, meat masala, mirchi powder, jeera powder, isabgol, coriander leaves, and onion.
2. Mix all the ingredients thoroughly and form balls from the mixture.
3. Cover these balls with red and green capsicum.
Cooking:
1. Heat a cast iron pan and add desi ghee.
2. Fry the balls well in the ghee.
3. Sprinkle coriander leaves over the cooked balls.
