Winter in Mongolia is finally here and we are doing all we can to say warm this winter. This will be not just any winter but one of the coldest winters we will have to undertake together. This will be the first extreme winter on our homestead in Mongolia just outside the coldest capital city in the world and we have been preparing for winter. In the episode will finally get a delivery for some really warm clothes and have something great to celebrate. We also have a friend over and he teachers us the best way to plant citrus trees in our greenhouse. We have just finish construction of our geothermal greenhouse in Mongolia to become self sufficient and self sustainable here.
