When Nouman goes through 4:65 and 4:66, one important thing you must realise, which he does not make clear in the video at all is that ALL of the verses from 4:60 to 4:69 are all talking about the same people, people who never believed to begin with as a way to get people to see the context as a whole as it is given in the book.
