Traffic was hit on Eastern Express Highway near Mumbai and incidents of stone pelting were also reported from several areas as Dalits took to streets against Monday's violence linked to a Dalit rally near Pune. Section 144 has also been imposed in parts of Pune. Maharashtra Chief Minister Devendra Fadnavis has ordered a judicial inquiry into Monday's clash, in which a man died.
