To make the Honey Chilli Chips, you will need:
4-5 potatoes (soaked in water for at least 30 minutes)
salt to taste
1/2 cup cornflour
1/4 cup all-purpose flour
oil for frying
It is important to double fry the chips (as shown in the video) to ensure you get the most crispy potato chips possible!
For the Honey Chili Potatoes Sauce recipe, you will need:
2 garlic cloves
1/2 inch ginger
1/4 small onion
2-3 tbs tomato ketchup
2 tbs soy sauce
1-2 tbs chilli sauce
salt to taste
1/2 tsp black pepper
red chilli flakes
1/4 tsp white pepper
1 tbs vinegar
2-3 tbs honey
spring onion greens
sesame seeds
optional: garnish with fresh coriander at the end
