In this video I am brewing Bell's Two Hearted Ale (American IPA), using the brewery's own recipe from their website. I do a step by step tutorial on every part of the brewing and fermenting process from mashing in to packaging your beer. Bell's Two Hearted Ale Recipe:
Grains:
2-Row Malt 10.0 lbs.
Pale Ale Malt 3.0 lbs.
Caramel 40L 0.5 lbs.
Mash Temp: 150F
Hops:
Centennial 1.25 oz. 45 mins
Centennial 1.25 oz. 30 mins
Whirlfloc Tablet (optional) 15 mins
Dry Hop:
Centennial 3.5 oz. Dry Hop 7 after fermentation is complete (FG=1.011)
Yeast:
Imperial A62 (Harvested from their bottles- see my video below on how to do it)
OR you can use a clean yeast like Safale US-05.
