The world's oldest profession may be legal in certain parts of Nevada, but brothels will soon be outlawed if a Reno attorney has his way.
Attorney Jason D. Guinasso has filed a federal complaint to declare licensing brothels unconstitutional.
In part, the argument "seeks to end legal loopholes which provide the way for brothel owners, pimps, and traffickers to profit from the exploitation of women's bodies."
