Kaju Burfi is a traditional Indian Cashew Fudge which is most sought after and loved by all. But because of sugar content in it the health conscious and diabetic people stay away from all the sweets.
And that is why i have a no sugar version of this delicious indian sweet which everyone will love and at the same time you dont have to worry about the empty calories from sugar and just enjoy the goodness of cashews in it.

Cashews : 1/2 cup
stevia powder : 1/4 cup
Ghee optional : 1 tbsp
cardamom powder : optional a pinch
fried cashews for garnish
