In this video, I show you how you can save you a lot of energy on your trek, and make your journey far more enjoyable. It can also save your joints from injuries in the long term. Remember, things like boots, socks and backpack you want to be training in (on the hills, in the mountains) so that they are worn in and you are comfortable with their size and setup.
