In this video today we will see what to do if Settings icon is missing on Android device. We will see how to bring it back. I am using Samsung Note device for this illustration.
If the setting icon is missing from the home screen of your android device what you do is you will tap on this search bar and then you will find "settings" at first.
So the "settings" icon is visible. This means this icon is hidden but it is not deleted from the android device. So what you will do, you will tap and hold this icon here and then select this option "Locate App" and after that what you will do, you will tap on this minus icon here so that it will be removed from this hidden app. So let me tap on this minus icon here and then Apply. So once I do it there should be "settings" icons somewhere on the home screen. So if I scroll the home screen then it will be present on the last screen.
