This great dessert is so simple to make and you can serve it 3 different ways as we will show.
To get this creamy sweet rice you just need 5 ingredient and about 20 min.
Ingredients:
- 100g of short grain rice (risotto, sushi type, Korean rice)
- 1L of milk (full fat, skimmed or vegetal milk… that s up to you)
- 5 Tablespoon of sugar
- 1 teaspoon of vanilla extract (or a whole vanilla pod)
- A Lemon or Orange (optional to give extra flavor)
