With so much focus by Toronto area developers on building Toronto Condos, there's not enough of a mission to build enough of everything else (i.e., family sized freehold houses). These are your single family freehold houses with 3 bedrooms where people could raise their family. All we're seeing in 2024 is still a lot of development on Toronto Condo units that keep getting smaller and smaller in size, which is contrary to what people with families actually need.
