Andrew McMillan has an update on the Church Farm development, an eco-friendly house construction project in North Yorkshire that is using structural insulated panels (SIPS) to create 7 environmentally friendly houses.

Construction continues after the first COVID lockdown on the Church Farm SIPS building project. Andrew gives an update on all nine plots of the eco-friendly housing development, featuring: protecting the original barn structure; installation of wooden roof truces; concrete garage floors; scaffolding for SIPS construction; pouring the formwork; insulation around the windows; MvHR systems and the struggle to fit Velux windows whilst waiting for the Catnic standard seam roofing.
