Hyderabadi Pasindey or Pasanday is an authentic mutton dish of Hyderabad made using dried fruits and
various aromatic spices, that results in an unforgettable experience while we eat the pasindey.
Do try it and your taste buds would crave for more of it,Let's begin.
1.MARINATION
------------------------
Mutton - 350 gram
To it add
Ginger garlic paste - 2 tablespoon
Red chilli powder - 3 teaspoon
Turmeric powder - 1/2 teaspoon
Salt - 1 teaspoon
Yogurt - 400 gram
Mix it well and marinate for 30 minutes
2.GROUND MASALA
--------------------------------
Almonds - 25 gram
Cashewnuts - 25 gram
Charoli - 20 gram
Dried coconut - 20 gram
Onion - 2 lightly fried
Grind these ingredients to a fine paste
3.In a pan add
Clarified butter - 1 tablespoon
Oil - 4 tablespoon
Heat it and add marinated mutton and cook for 20 minutes or till mutton is semi tender.
4.Then add the ground paste and cook for 15 minutes.
5.Now add water - 1 cup
Lemon juice - 1 tablespoon
Homemade garam masala powder - 1 teaspoon
Salt - as required.
Few coriander and mint leaves
Mix it well
6.Simmer for 10 minutes and after 10 minutes our Hyderabadi Pasindey is ready to serve.
7.Serve hot with roti or rice.
