Here is highly requested Part 4 of our High Intensity Aqua Workouts series.
Make sure you go to my PLAYLISTS : Exercises in the water: and find Parts: 1-4 that are already there!
This is full hour workout. No equipment needed, but you can incorporate AQUA GLOVES to take it to the next level.
9 ROUNDS: each round has 2 exercises. First Aqua SPRINT, SECOND WILL BE DIFFERENT IN EACH ROUND ( you vs water resistance) . Let's alternate those 2 for 30 sec each, and repeat the whole process 4 times in each round.
