Princess Diana's bridesmaid India Hicks has revealed that she's still got her flower crown from the wedding day.Former model and entrepreneur India, 50, now based in the Bahamas, shared a picture of her preserved wreath on Instagram, describing how it brings back 'fantastic memories'.India, who is the daughter of Lady Pamela Mountbatten and David Nightingale Hicks, was just 13 when she acted as one of Diana's five bridesmaids in 1981.The mother-of-five is Prince Charles' second cousin, as well as being his goddaughter. Posting a picture of the crown on Instagram, India wrote: 'The preserved flower wreath I wore as a bridesmaid to the wedding of Prince Charles and Lady Diana sits among 18th century ornamental Chinese white jade dishes.'They don’t smell quite as good now as they did on the day, but they do bring back some pretty fantastic memories.' India now has her own lifestyle company, which she founded in 2015, as well as releasing two interior design books. She has previously described how she was a 'tomboy' when she was bridesmaid at Diana and Charles' wedding. Writing for YOU magazine about the big day, India said: 'When my godfather Prince Charles called to ask if I would like to be a bridesmaid, I was initially horrified. 'I was a 13-year-old tomboy, never out of jodhpurs, and I would have to wear a dress.'India also described how chopping off her long hair just before the big day had not been a good idea, calling it her 'worst hair day ever – seen by 750 million people'.India has previously revealed how she has been stockpiling unused Christmas and birthday presents from the Prince of Wales over the years - and consigning them to her cellar. Her mother Lady Pamela, now 88, was one of the Queen's bridesmaids on her wedding day back in 1947.
