*** I don’t know to find Strange Bait. I think every one will have it when finish Spire 4 about 50-60. So i recommend you to back up save in PSN cloud before fishing it.
But if you don’t have Strange Bait enough I recommend you don’t find it and go to collect Moonwell can in Spire4 in newgame+ (if you need to get platinum trophy, newgame+ is unavoidable) it will save you time a lot than fishing like this.
