INGREDIENTS:
400 grams water (no more than 110°F)
150 grams active sourdough starter
300 grams organic all purpose flour
225 grams organic bread flour
1 1/2 tablespoons honey (optional)
1 1/2 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil (optional)
2 1/2 teaspoons unrefined sea salt
5 to 7 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil (for pan and topping)
salt and pepper (for topping, optional)
