Prime Minister Narendra Modi held talks with PM Giorgia Meloni of Italy in New Delhi. The leaders discuss ways to further enhance cooperation in investment, startups, energy, defence, people to people linkages and science and technology. In his statement, PM Modi said that there has been active cooperation with Italy against terrorism and separatism. He also announced that relations between India and Italy were being raise to a 'Strategic Partnership.'
