Goldfinger 64's release in 2017 made it the first total conversion mod for the N64 classic GoldenEye 007. It's a labor of love built from the ground up using the GE Engine, and although it has notable flaws, it's still ambitious and downright fun at times. Let's take a trip down memory lane and see how well it stacks up to its base game counterpart.
Shoutout to the team who created this technical achievement: SubDrag, Trevor, Sogun, Zoinkity, Wreck, Dragonsbrethren, MRKane, 00action, Cyberen, Monkeyface, Kyle, Sean Ryan, Garabuyo, Comet, Stolen Textures, Spinout, and ShiftClick. You guys spent years conceptualizing and creating this one-of-a-kind mod, and for that, you all are the real heroes!
