1. Go to [ Ссылка ],
2. Fill in your email address and create a password, agree to the T&Cs and press sign up
3. Add your company and personal details and select ‘Update’
4. Type the model number of the analyser in to the ‘Product’ text box, e.g. 458 and then select your model from the dropdown menu
5. Type in the serial number of your analyser – this can be found on the rear of your analyser underneath the protective boot
6. Note: On the KANE458s and KANE258 models – the serial number is next to the QR code. It is 11 digits in total across two lines
7. Select ‘Service & Recertify’
8. Confirm that your delivery address is correct and select the nearest KANE Service Centre to you
9. Add your spare parts
10. Select ‘Continue’
11. Pay for your service
12. Make a note of your RMA number – you will need this
13. Select which postal service you would prefer to use
14. When it asks you for your job reference number enter the RMA number
15. Select ‘Service & Recertification’ as the reason for returning your analyser
16. Fill out your details
17. You can either print out your return label and stick it to the box yourself or use the Post Office free label printing service – check your email and take it to the post office along with your package. They will scan the QR code and label it for you.
