🚨 Recipe 🚨
Ingredients:

6 eggs; separated
3/4 cup sugar; divided
1 cup cream
1 tsp homemade pumpkin spice
Or 1 tsp cinnamon, 1/8 tsp clove & nutmeg
2 tsp vanilla bean paste
1/4 cup dark rum or more ;)

Preparation:
-separate eggs
-combine 1/2 cup of sugar with egg yolks and beat until light and fluffy
-heat cream and spices until hot but not boiling
-temper egg yolks with 2 ladles of the hot cream, while whisking
-add mixture back to the pot and continue stirring until it hits about 180 degrees or until it thickens and coats the back of a spoon
-strain to catch any potential scramble eggs
-beat egg whites with remaining 1/4 cup of sugar until soft peaks
-combine the meringue with the cream mixture
-add vanilla and Rum of choice
-refrigerate for 3+ hours, shaking occasionally.
-pour a top of a dash of cinnamon and enjoy the FLAVOR :)
