I had to apply for ratings forgiveness 4 times in 2 weeks. 70% of orders not tipping since school is back in session. Shipt has recently made some minor changes on how customers can rate shoppers, a customer that repeatedly gives bad ratings I believe is now reviewed by Shipt before the rating is applied but more needs to be done. I've had repeated contacts with Shipt regarding customer ratings and how I think they should be doing it, I hope progress continues to be made.
I've also really throttled down my Shipt shopping since this video was recorded, If school is in session I won't be doing much with Shipt, to many $6 no tip orders to campus.
