Had a turbo break on my sprinter. Ordered a turbo only without actuator. Old actuator worked but wouldn't line up, well I thought. Ordered new actuator barely fit because arm length. Got limp mode and code P2099 so changed everything. Resonator, Hoses, All Sensors, Exhaust System and even cleaned/tested EGR valve. Still limp mode. Figured out actuator and turbo need to be set in engine bay to get right home position for actuator to waste gate arm. Video has full description of what I had to go through.
