What dessert can you make during the hot season weather?

For me, I love to make Konnyaku Jelly for my family! It’s just so easy to do dessert and often when I made a lot, I will share some with my neighbours, friends and colleagues!

Tips: Usually, if I don’t have enough nicely shaped jelly moulds, the balance of the cocktail and jelly liquid, I will pour into any bigger jelly moulds or bowls so that there is no wastage of the cocktail and jelly liquid at all!
