Jun 13, 2023 - U.S. Marines with Marine Heavy Helicopter Squadron (HMH) 464 fire GAU-21 .50-caliber machine guns from a CH-53E Super Stallion near Marine Corps Auxiliary Landing Field Bogue, North Carolina. HMH-464 demonstrated their capability to conduct sustainment requirements necessary to fight in future battles in accordance with Force Design 2030. HMH-464 is a subordinate unit of 2nd Marine Aircraft Wing, the aviation combat element of II Marine Expeditionary Force.
