DE: C:\User\[Name of your PC]\Games\Age of Empires 2 DE\[Your Profile ID]\profile
[Steam Folder] is generally C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam, but could be different if you installed it somewhere else.
[Your Profile ID] is something like this "76561198027002499" but with your own unique id.
For those who just want to read: Find your hotkey file in the locations specified above, they are generally called player1.hki, but 1 can be a different number if you have multiple hotkey files/accounts. Import this file into the site specified on top and convert it to DE hotkeys.
Rename the file and paste it into the DE hotkey folder.
