Mayor John Whitmire, Acting Chief of Police Larry Satterwhite and HPD Homicide detective Stephen Hope update the media on the investigation into deceased 12-year-old Jocelyn Nungaray, who was found in a creek at 400 West Rankin Road on Monday, June 17th.
Two suspects, Johan Jose Martinez-Rangel, 22, and Franklin Peña, 26, have been arrested and charged with Capital Murder.
