From Hollywood to Oz (in one day)… Laura Harrison, who is currently in “Sunset Boulevard” and performed their matinee performance, returned last minute to emergency cover the role of Elphaba for the evening performance of “WICKED” - having not rehearsed or played the role since February! No fly show - Laura strapped herself, but the lift didn’t take off. Laura is due to take over as Standby Elphaba in March 2024, and this was her first performance with Lucy St. Louis as Glinda.
