Russian ultra-nationalist Vladimir Zhirinovsky on Monday (8/12) said Iraqi President Saddam Hussein has only peaceful plans. Zhirinovsky, who is visiting Saddam in Baghdad, told a press conference he admired the Iraqi president for improving Iraq's relationships with other countries.
