This cake is very soft and spongy indulge with coffee flavour.Do try this and enjoy.

Ingredient:

1. Egg - 3
2. Sugar - 9 tablespoon
3. Corn flour - 3/4 cup
4. Brewed coffee - 2 tablespoon

Method :

1. Separate egg white and yolk.
2. In a mixer jar add egg white and sugar blend it for 5 in a interval
3. Blend till stiff peak
4. Add yolk and sugar and blend it
5. Add along with the egg white
6. Add corn flour and mix well
7. Add brewed coffee
8. Preheat the oven for 10 mins at 160°c
9. Transfer to a greased and lined cake tin
10. Bake it for 25 mins and enjoy.
