How do you show the world who you are? At Bleach, we’re all about self-expression through hair. And that’s what we wanted to explore in our new campaign.
I’m not a blonde, I’m a Bleach celebrates reinvention, identity and freedom through hair colour.
Featuring dye-hard Bleachers from across the US, the campaign centres around a DIY-style photo series captured in a vintage film photo booth – and this accompanying short film with our models’ musings on being who you want to be and finding your inner Bleach.

ABOUT BLEACH LONDON
A salon like no other…
From kitchen sink to a generation of pink, Bleach London was the brainchild of hair stylist Alex Brownsell, who turned bleaching and colouring her mates' hair at home into a lifestyle. Spurred on by best friend and business partner Sam, these experiments evolved into a single chair in the corner of a nail bar, followed by an entire salon – the world’s first focused on colour rather than cutting. Its popularity gave them the idea for at-home kits products, so their mates and most regular customers could D-I-Y dye wherever whenever.
And so our range was born: bleach kits, toners, semi-permanent dyes and high end care for bleached and coloured hair. All vegan, Peta-approved ingredients in recycled and recyclable packaging, with formulations tweaked and perfected over ten years.
