This video is a reaction video to my 3-years on the Lion Diet bloodwork video. I recorded this reaction a week or so before making the bloodwork video because I was so distracted by the TSH results and my accompanying symptoms I had to understand what was going on before I could move forward. Both videos aired within 15 minutes of each other so everyone could have the whole story at once. I always said I would never hold back about anything involving my health and this way of eating so I hope you find these videos useful for your journey to better health.

OVERALL SUMMARY
I made these videos to document my experience eating the “Lion Diet”. Mikhaila Peterson, daughter of Jordan Peterson, introduced this diet to my thinking.  The Lion Diet is a strict version of the Carnivore diet that only allows for ruminant meat, salt, and water.  I am not a nutrition expert or doctor, but I hope you will find my story enjoyable and informational, as well as the other content I create.
