In this video you can see a demonstration of the Liquid Control Sensor option available on our Megavac Chamber machines! The sensor detects once any liquids in the chamber begin to cold boil. Once detected, the machine will automatically stop the vacuum cycle and proceed with sealing. This will eliminate any worries of liquid products coming out of the pouch and will allow you to reach the lowest possible vacuum level. This is an excellent feature especially for those packaging soups, sauces, marinated meats, and other liquid products.
Did you notice that once the vacuum level gets below 30 mbar the sound in the video starts to get very quiet and you can no longer hear the vacuum pump? This is because sound cannot travel through a vacuum because there are no particles present for vibrations to take place!
