We are now living in our self-build dream home after completing the structure in 55 days – just the 2 of us. Today, the open plan kitchen & living area is getting their first coat of paint. Daniel is also installing the bathroom plumbing while I’m waiting for the internet technician. Will this week be the one where we get hooked up?

31 weeks ago, we bought an abandoned farm in Tras-os-montes, North Portugal, and we're building our dream house with a public garden, an ice cream kiosk, and our dream house, optimized toward minimalist yet comfortable living.
