I'm such a huge fan of hot sauce, but when I'm at the store looking at the ingredients in most of them, I see additives that 1. Aren't necessary and 2. Are bad for me.

So this is a whole foods, gluten free and of course vegan version I make often, with variations. Since peaches are in season, it's the perfect time to make this hot sauce.

It's so easy and the possibilities are endless. It keeps forever too.
