Planned Work: Because of Electrical Improvements, the following Service Changes were in effect:
1. There were no (E) Train Service between 36th Street and World Trade Center. (E) Trains were rerouted via the (F) Line between 36th Street and Lexington Avenue-63rd Street, then Local via the (R) Line Between 57th Street-7th Avenue and Whitehall Street
2. (F) Trains ran via the (E) Line in both directions between 5th Avenue-53rd Street and 36th Street
3. Coney Island bound (F) Trains ran via the (E) Line from 36th Street to 42nd Street-PABT, then Express via the (A) Line to Jay Street-Metrotech
4. (D) Trains provided alternate service
