UPDATE sep 2022: Have another use for the HIDE feature. I recently find myself going on Instagram a little more after posting some travel pics but need a break. Block is a little too much for what I need so I hid Instagram. Now when I search in my app list it doesn't appear but it's not uninstalled either and I can always unhide or take a few extra clicks to access it. It's a perfect middle ground detox/control.

UPDATE dec 2022: not sure when this was added but you can change the default phone shortcut! I changed mine to the Google phone app so I can easily call businesses directly.

TIP JAN 2023: no block scheduling (yet) but found a workaround
You can set MODES (part of Samsung) or DO NOT DISTURB (part of Android I believe)
- by time so let's say weekdays 8am-5pm (MODES + DND)
- or by place/location (MODES only)
You can select which apps to RESTRICT USAGE. When you try to open it, Samsung (or Android?) will notify you: can't use this app while in "WORK" focus mode (for example, whatever you name it).

UPDATE 2023: 7:20 they now have group folders

UPDATE 2024: yes I still use it and love it :)
