Tofu Scramble Recipes:
1 16-ounce block firm tofu
▢1 tablespoon oil, I used extra virgin olive oil
▢½ teaspoon salt, or nutritional yeast
▢½ teaspoon turmeric powder
▢¼ teaspoon ground black pepper
Baked oats:
Ingredients
▢3½ cups old-fashioned rolled oats
▢⅓ cup light brown sugar
▢2 teaspoons baking powder
▢1 teaspoon salt
▢1 teaspoon cinnamon
▢¼ cup light flavored olive oil
▢3 eggs( I did not use)
▢1½ cups milk
▢1 cup raisins or raisins optional
