A river runs through Zibi, a carbon-neutral community on the Ottawa River in Canada's capital city. It gets electricity from run-of-river, heat from district energy, and represents a new climate-resilient form of urban development. This climate resilient mixed-use community will be home to 5,000 residents and 6,000 workers. You have to see it to believe it!
