Plus size Body Sharpers and waist trainers Which one is the best?

What's Poppin Mayhem Goddess crew in today's video I will be going over some body shapers for plus size women as being a plus size woman myself I know how hard it is to find the right type of waist trainer or body shaper.

I covered six of my favorite ones that I like to use and why I like to use them as well as if they're good for working out or if they're good for underneath clothes.

Some body Shapers can make or break your outfit some are great for smoothing and others are great for working. So I decided to make this video for my plus size women who need help finding a great body shaper or waist trainer.
