In the 808 State a typical Whipping rig is a spinning rod w/a spinning reel. A Dunking rig is a casting or spinning rod w/a casting or spinning reel (not a baitcaster). I'd estimate every 1 person out of 10 fishes in Hawaii. In this presentation i'll go through some of the local fishing supply stores that might interest you.
